Cancellation Policy
Upon confirmation of the booking and finalization of the service details, AR2 Media will furnish the client with a contractual agreement. The video package operates on a monthly payment framework and may be terminated at the client's discretion, should they find the service unsatisfactory or no longer necessary. To initiate cancellation, the client is required to provide AR2 Media with a minimum 30-day notice prior to the commencement of the subsequent month. It is important to note that the client is not bound by a monthly retainer; payment is to be rendered solely based on the client's utilization of the service.
